RealStream was created to give DeLuca Veale clients access to professionally managed, income-producing real estate alongside more traditional investments. Today, the two organizations remain closely connected while serving clearly defined roles. RealStream includes the RealStream Real Estate Investment Trust and RealStream Income Properties Limited Partnership.
The RealStream portfolio is managed by RealStream Asset Management Inc. (RSAM), a wholly owned subsidiary of DeLuca Veale Investment Counsel Inc. DeLuca Veale is a registered investment management firm and acts as the Exempt Market Dealer through which investments in RealStream are distributed.
This structure brings together RealStream’s specialized focus on acquiring and managing income-producing real estate with the investment experience and regulatory framework of DeLuca Veale.

RealStream Asset Management is responsible for the acquisition, financing, leasing, oversight and ongoing management of the properties within the RealStream portfolio.
Its focus is straightforward: professionally managed, income-producing real estate designed for long-term ownership.
Focused on investors.
DeLuca Veale Investment Counsel provides portfolio management and broader wealth management services to its clients.
As the registered Exempt Market Dealer for RealStream, DeLuca Veale also works with investors considering RealStream as part of their overall investment strategy.
A Shared Beginning
DeLuca Veale was founded by Richard DeLuca and Jonathan Veale in 2006.
In 2013, Richard and Jonathan joined Jim Stewart to establish RealStream Income Properties, creating a professionally managed real estate investment option for DeLuca Veale clients. What began as an additional source of diversification has since grown into a substantial portfolio of income-producing properties across Western Canada.
