Our story began with a simple idea: real estate could play an important role alongside more traditional investments, provided it was approached with the same discipline, oversight and long-term thinking.

How RealStream Began

An idea that grew from decades of investment and real estate experience.

The roots of RealStream can be traced back to DeLuca Veale Investment Counsel, founded in the Comox Valley in 2006 by Richard DeLuca and Jonathan Veale.

As DeLuca Veale grew, Richard and Jonathan saw an opportunity to provide investors with greater diversification beyond traditional stocks and bonds. Working with Jim Stewart, they developed RealStream to provide access to a portfolio of income-producing commercial real estate.

What began as a complementary real estate investment opportunity has developed into a dedicated business focused on acquiring, owning and managing quality properties for the long term.
